Investors in People Silver Award

Archaeological Solutions achieve IiP Silver Award

Following an assessment in April, Archaeological Solutions Ltd are pleased to announce that the organisation has surpassed the achievement criteria for the Investors in People Silver Award.

This is an excellent accomplishment rarely obtained by a company the size of AS and demonstrates our ethos that well-supported, well-trained staff make greater contributors to individual, team and organisational performance.

The assessment report noted that AS' plans "are ambitious and challenging" and that the company's "ability to try new things and maintain standards are impressive". It also observed that "a culture of continuous improvement is embedded with staff at all levels". Perhaps most importantly though, the assessment report indicated that "Examples of learning and development typically link to providing an improved archaeological service to meet business, statutory and customer requirements".

AS previously held the IiP Bronze Award and our aim since receiving that award has been to achieve silver. Investors in People will next assess Archaeological Solutions in March 2016.
