Investors in People assessment

Archaeological Solutions Ltd are pleased to announce that, following our assessment in April, we continue to be accredited as an Investors in People organisation.

Having met all 43 of the evidence requirements, and more, AS retains the Investors in People (IiP) accreditation that we first achieved in 2001. This accreditation is something of which we are very proud and it was noted in the report from our latest assessment that "a lot of energy and effort has gone into IiP related processes".

The assessment report notes that AS "focus on continuous improvement, upskilling service delivery, new services, environmental management and health and safety" and that "the firm's ability to try new things and maintain standards is impressive". The report also notes our commitment to maintaining a work/life balance and the close-knit nature of our team, stating that "this is a good place to work".

It is also noted that "levels of delegated authority, ownership, empowerment, personal development, celebrating success, quantity and quality of learning" have led to a "culture of continuous improvement". We are pleased to state that the assessment report describes AS as "a very professional outfit" and "an exemplar of good practice".
